MRAM Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer
- Exp Level: 3 - 10 yrs experience
- Background: CMOS memory design, esp. MRAM, FLASH, SRAM, DRAM
- Key skills: Logic design and synthesis, full-custom memory and analog circuit design
- Duties: Logic/circuit design and simulation, layout supervision, prototype test and debug
- Design Environment: VERILOG,CADENCE, HSPICE / SPECTRE / HSIM, UNIX / LINUX environment
Product Engineer
We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic product engineer to support hardware and software development for Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM) products.
Responsibilities
- Perform silicon debug and verification, and feedback to design for review.
- Responsible for device and product performance characterization.
- Work with technology team on qualification planning, execution, and testing.
- Perform failure analysis and yield enhancement.
- Manage new test equipment and software infrastructure bring up.
- Define and document test procedures and methodology, production flows, and quality control requirements.
- Work with test engineers on test program checkout and debug.
- Work with external assembly and test vendors on packaging and testing.
- Able to travel to customer sites for demos and technical support.
- Take leadership on technical projects involving cross functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Nextest ATE platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge in hardware design such as test loadboards, cables, and probe-card interface.
- Experience with lab and bench equipment, and microprobing stations.
- Demonstrated hands-on test and debug experience.
- Knowledge in C/C++ and/or Matlab programming language a plus.
- Should have technical background in memory or related technology.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a fast pace environment.
- BSEE or MSEE degree with 2 to 4 years of product engineering experience is preferred.
