MRAM Design Engineer
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Perform magnetic memory modeling and circuit design tasks.
· Develop physical and electrical simulation model of magnetic tunnel junction.
· Perform MRAM memory circuit design and simulation, including analog and
digital design.
· Perform SPICE / SPECTRE, Ultrasim, Verilog simulation.
· Conduct product debug and characterization.
· Develop magnetic-kit for magnetic/CMOS co-simulation.
Requirements:
· M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
· Experience or coursework in magnetic device modeling and circuit memory
design, and materials science and physics device.
